How to communicate

Communication is process of exchanging words. But it must be effective we should understand how our communication must be by examining these types.
Passive: Your communication must not be so passive for that no one can be influenced by you. For example some peoples hessitate while comunicating.
Aggresive: You should not blast to other while showing rude behavior it will create negitive effective for  your personality.
Be Assertive: You should be very polite when you are communicating. That's the effective most manner of communication. Behave normally as normality is the essence of life.
